		<description>It is so cool to see more people in ministry utilizing Twitter to strengthen their community.  Your first point about humanizing the leader is invaluable, especially for a younger crowd.  It is important for young people to see that their leader is human and in touch with recent technologies.  If you are trying to integrate more web 2.0 tools to strengthen your community, I think we could help you.
